

Been prioritizing my mental health lately and it feels so good!
People always think this looks a specific way but in truth prioritizing my mental health looks like this:
Going to bed early
Having designated work hours
Daily movement; be it exercising, dancing or even cleaning the house…. Move my body!
Talking to loved ones.
Being gentle with myself
Cleaning my space.
Indulging in my guilty pleasure
Take some time today to love on yourself 💋
