Anyway, I have started training with this incredible (and incredibly hot!) flexibility coach online for the past month, and omg, soon I no longer need to cheat! I have my split on both sides already and am working towards my middle split (middle split = like in this pic but without cheating). So if you'd like to fund my flexibility tip this post specifically. Each tip $20 and over receives a current pic from my home flexibility training practice.
