Tall, handsome in his own right and slightly awkward, the new tenant mumbles a thank you to the clerk and closes the door behind him. He lets out a sigh and sinks into the bedside chair. He looks exhausted from his day, whatever he could have been doing. I realize I haven't seen a real man in ages and this one checks more boxes than I feel comfortable admitting. I'm feeling some type of way, even if this is a one sided street.
